Building things at the intersection of AI, software, and real-world impact.
"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value." — Albert Einstein
"Progress > Perfection"
I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Southern Mississippi (4.0 GPA, President's List, Full Tuition Scholarship). I love building things — from open-source dev tools to legal tech platforms to AI-powered data systems. Currently looking for internships where I can work on meaningful problems.
Open-source browser playground for Model Context Protocol — browse 692 servers, connect via Streamable HTTP/SSE/WebSocket, inspect and execute tools live. Client-side WASM sandbox via WebContainers runs stdio servers entirely in-browser. Ships a 19-rule schema linter, quality dashboard, and public REST API. Published @samsec/mcpx to npm as a CLI and GitHub Action for CI linting.
Production-ready AI platform analyzing downstream utilization and impact of NOAA environmental data products for scientific and operational decision support. Engineered secure remote sandboxes to execute Claude Code for automated, high-speed analysis. Architected multi-agent research workflows and a centralized publication library. Implemented MCP tool integrations to enhance model capabilities within NOAA's data assembly hubs.
Automated platform making expungement accessible — a "TurboTax for expungement." Guides eligible individuals through state-specific legal requirements and generates accurate court documents with a built-in eligibility engine. Secured $1,000 via Hult Prize at USM and advanced to the National stage. Awarded $500 through the USM Hatchery Checkpoint Pitch Competition.
Open-source fraud detection and transcript verification system for the Mississippi Board of Nursing — built in collaboration with the Mississippi Department of ITS, Amazon Web Services, and the Mississippi Artificial Intelligence Network (AI Innovation Hub). Identifies anomalies in submitted academic credentials through automated classification pipelines.
Fine-tuned transformer-based ML models and analyzed 34,000+ Amazon reviews using NLP (VADER) and sentiment scoring to detect counterfeit listings. Awarded 1st Place in the Technical Depth Poster Category at the AI4ALL research symposium.
